My First Encounter With A Verizon Cell Handset

After seeing all the hype on Verizon Cell Phones I opted to take the dive and give Verizon’s service a go. As a very long time user of another (un named) service provider I planned to see what Americas most “reliable” network was about and if it kept up to the hype. I went to my nearby Verizon retail store to pick a cellular phone. I must point out they have a good assortment of mobile phones, while they currently do not offer the iPhone, they do offer some very sweet Android powered devices. I selected the Droid and got it activated. I can say that I am very thrilled with the service and the web speeds. I finally have reception in my office (at which I had never had any reception before) and my general coverage seems a great deal better with fewer if any dropped calls. So my 1st encounter with Verizon cellular phones, well, it is a nice 1!
